Favourite Marriage of Convenience romances

My favourite Marriage of Convenience books. Honestly, in my mind this trope crosses over with fake engagement/dating, and somewhat into arranged marriage. I cannot guarantee you my memory hasn’t failed me and that some of these are more one of those tropes, but I’ve done my best, and restricted the list to historical and ones I’m pretty sure they’re faking when they’re married.

Unlike most other lists, I am unashamedly going to list more than one book by the same author. Shrug. Gotta be done.
