Legends Award Finalist

Everett Hetherington, Earl of Westbury, is a finalist in the Legend Award: A Man for all Reasons, in the Hearts through History competition. This award celebrates the most memorable hero.

When I told him about being a finalist, Everett laughed.

“I hardly think knowing how to dance the polka and trying to keep my estate together classifies me as a legend.” He shook his head in disbelief.

“Well, I don’t know what the judging was based on,” I said.

Grace snorted. “They saw his soft grey eyes and wicked grin and melted into a pool of female appreciation.”

“Maybe.” Everett quirked an eyebrow. “Isn’t that what happened to you?”

“I was above that entirely.” Her eyes glittered. “It was your lofty title which first attracted me. That and your broad shoulders. And your peachy bottom.”

I left them to it. But if you’d like to hear more about Grace and Everett, Six Weeks with an Earl is their book.
